My proposal isn't one, which I could not do without, but the stewards enquiries I have seen so far on SO, are all based on a foul by the attacking horse commited while breaking its way through other horses, although there is no room, by pushing them to the outside. What about the case, where horses in front start to tend to the right or left, hampering an attacking horse's stride? By the way:I like the idea of the enquiry sound... let's hope that there'll be at least one at Fakenham.
