A Hurdler to be reckoned with?
I have a very smart 2m hurdler who has a soft spot with me and has really done well for my stable. I am in my second season with 40 horses and will soon be starting my breeding. This hurdler won the Bank Maiden Hurdle before joining my yard, and won the bank maiden hurdle very well. The came to my stable, i wanted to see his worth and entered him into a novice hurdle which he won. Then i knew i had a smart one and then i had the decision of carry on running him in novice hurdles or to send him to higher grades. The way the horse destroyed opposition in its novice hurdle made me want to put him up in grade and i entered him into the champion hurdle trial which the horse was beaten but by not far, and then i thought i had something special. I entered him into the chapion hurdle and won by 7 lengths after leading throughout which is very impressive, then reopposed that the following season to notch his second champion hurdle by 5 and a half lengths. I am very impressed with this horse and have exported him to my disk preparing for the league. I will let him try for his third champion hurdle next season running similar races and then he will head to breeding, will i be making the right decision, or should i keep him in training?
