Just bought a 4yo filly rated 140h but had never run so how does it get this rating?
And any ideas on a racing program for this horse please.

I thought 130 was top rated???? Also racing program depends on what distance he prefers and you wont know exactly till you have raced him pal but never heard of this rating before

The h after the number denotes the horses hurdling rating.

130 is the max rating for flat. NH horses go higher in the game, up to 180 I think.

There are lots of these at the start of the game I've found. I bought one rated 157 once. Some 2yo's seem to have ratings too. I've found that these are quite often no good. But no harm in aiming at some of the top races. Why not try the Triumph?

In the Jumps ratings go up to 180
