Not sure whether this question has been asked before but here goes.
How is it that you see unraced 2YO horses with ratings? I have seen many that are 110 > 120 when all my unraced nags are unrated. If they haven't yet gone to post then how do they get rated?

I think you'll most probably find they are all foreign horses. They will have raced in their countries but their form won't come up because their races aren't in the schedule e.g in the UK schedule there are no Japanese maidens or 2yo group races whereas this isn't actually the case as there are races for 2yo's in Japan and Ireland and France etc. So they will have ratings (usually far far too high, there are lots who are 130 in my game) but no form will come up. I'm pretty sure that's the reason why. It really annoys me, I'd much rather they just had no ratings.
