 Transferring horses to new game

Post Transferring horses to new game
Hi, i have downloaded a new schedule,went to transfer horses from an old game and transferred 6 horses but i couldnt get back to the game(was no option on the transfer screen to go back to game) now i have lost my best 6 horses,any idea whats happening here,dont wanna lose the little few i have left to transfer,thanks
