 Changing Jockey names during saved game

Post Changing Jockey names during saved game
can anyone tell me if it is possible to change the jockey names before a new game
or during a current game which would be even better
if it is possible would really appreciate some guidence and instructions please thanks a million

You can change them before you start a new game but you can't change them during a game.
