 My first triple Guineas winner!
I've won all the races before but just never with one horse, I've come close with almost every Guineas filly I've had, I'm so pleased I've finally done it!

Thanks pj, I'm undecided. I've got another filly who has been -8224 behind her in all her starts. But there is a great game stallion miler in the stud at the moment so I'm toying with the idea of retiring this one in case another great miler doesn't pop up for another few years because I'm a bit short on good/proven mile stallions. But I also kind of want to see how far she can go, but as I've got the other filly I may well retire her and give the other filly a chance to get some more G1's under her belt.

It's because it's the standard schedule. It has a few inaccuracies in it!!

A few?! The bloody Derby is about 3 days before Royal Ascot! No offence meant to Mark because he's done a great job on all the games on the whole but the SO4 default schedule is quite shocking, especially as the Dewhurst is for 3yo+ fillies and mares and some of the great 7f races and good mid-long distance handicaps aren't even included in the original! Quite ridiculous, I'd do anything for another schedule but I'm not going to lose this game.

I was going for the polite angle.
Anyway Kinky Boots, you can make changes to the showc_f file without having to start a new game so long as the edits you make don't require changes to the sched_f file to match. So...although you couldn't alter the dates for races, you can change the distance, class of race, age and sex, so the Dewhurst issue can easily be corrected but for some of the other issues, you'd need to consider bunging your best horses containing your strongest bloodlines into the pool and starting again.

I still don't feel as though my blood lines are established enough, although maybe I just don't want to lose the game...
Also DB do you remember how many questions I had to ask when downloading your new horse pictures?! I don't think I'll be able to edit the showcase file!

Well if your bloodlines aren't all that established, it aint the worst time to say goodbye and start a new game with a more accurate schedule. Alternative to that, you could whack in a new schedule, open up a new game in a spare slot and if it wasn't floating the old boat after a while, all you would need to do is re-download/install the latest patch to get the old schedule back allowing you to carry on with the existing game.
