i was told to back up/copy all files in programdata/so4/saves folder but in
that folder ther is another folder called fbr do you need to save this too or
just all the other files

having read this post and the link i want to back up my save data but when i got to c drive ...program files...starters order 4 ...there is no save folder, just data, fonts, gfx and sfx ???? where are my save data files

Try c drive/ program data /starters orders 4 /saves should be in there.

i dont have a program data folder in my c drive....program files yes. Should it be in where the data, sfx, gfx and fonts folders are or is there a different folder somewhere else?

its ok i found it, it was a hidden file on vista
