 handicap marks the main home page of the game seems to only show the hurdles ratings of my horses and I have to click into the horse to see the chase rating and the horses LWR
btw I only play the NH game.
Any ideas how i can change this to see all the ratings on the first screen?

on the main screen it shows u chase rating then hurdle rating for example chase rating maybe blank followed by (h100/112)
or if horse is handicapped over both 147/155(h112/121).

I've just loaded a brand new game...

that is on the 'home' page.
However, when I click the horse to go into it's profile, it shows:
Rating: (85 92h)
I can't make any sense of this.

are you playing a flat/jumps game or a jumps only or flat only game?

Oh right then i dont understand why that is then when i play my game i get both rating on the home page

Im afraid nothing has ever been done about this BUG, its been the same since the game first came out, in fact i sent Mark a list of all the faults in the NH side of the game (Grand National winner always the horse of the year, top 100 horses cannot be sorted into ratings order, only Hurdles rating or Chase rating shown, never both, fences in wrong places on tracks, jockeys weight wrong, in fact i could go on and on....)
Lets hope by the time SO5 comes out he has ironed out these problems, and added some more courses as well (I did email him 6 or 7 extra course layouts i.e. Bangor, Stratford, Hexham etc).

thanks jackdaw, at least I won't waste any more time trying to fix it now I know it's a bug.
Shame really, I'm not a programmer but I guess it would be a fairly straightforward thing to sort out in the form of a patch if you knew what you were doing (which I don't!)
Also a shame that the developer (Mark?) was too busy to write a quick note on here to offer a little guidance.
