Re: anyone noticed if potential rating bar
First test horse, not much good as a racer (won a listed race finally as a five year old), ages 2-5 added on one screen.

Re: anyone noticed if potential rating bar
Hopefully this works! http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/692/fodone.pngI have copies the 3yo potential bar on top of the 2yo bar which shows that it has increased. I have similar images for 4 other horses that I thought would be my better ones (using the potential bar) but now I have looked at the bars on all my 3yo's some have increased a lot more than this one. Although I havent got evidence I have also noticed that my star 3yo's absolute potential has increased further as well now that she is a 4yo.

Re: anyone noticed if potential rating bar
Had already done some speed runs for testing the system so had the advantage, had already worked out a schedule for a 7f horse for training purposes.

Re: anyone noticed if potential rating bar
The original post seemed to be suggesting that the maximum potential for a horse could exceed that allowed for the horse. In the pictures posted, the actual potential from 2 to 5 years of age has still not exceeded the maximum potential range as indicated by the dark green area, let alone the black area beyond the maximum potential range?

The other 3 or 4 horses I have examples of all have that area maxed out and increase by the same amount like the one below. This time it is the 2yo on top of the 3yo's bar. It definitely increases & also from 3 to 4. Furthermore I have just trailed all my horses and I dont think this potential bar has anything to do with performance in the CK. I doubt one with a really low potential will be any good but I have horses better in potential than the one above but arent as good in the CK. Could be the other stats I suppose?

Re: anyone noticed if potential rating bar
Also by looking at some of the examples on this thread and at my own, it appears that cruising burst is the only other stat to increase (besides the 4 main stats).

Fantastic work! So it looks like that selling a 2 year old is going to be a terrible idea 98% of the time and even selling a 3 year old is probably not a wise course.
