does it go up from 2 to 3 i could sware i havge a few who's potential has gone up from 2 to 3 but cant be sure anyone got solid evidence that the potential rating bar can go up i have sold loads of decent 2yo who's potential was not that high if the aboe is true it would change the way i play |

Its interesting you should say that as I think I may have had a couple that have dropped? Again cant be sure, and could just be imagining it and unfortunately my game crashed yesterday just as I was about to check out my batch of newly turned 3yo's! |

Yep I had one that was 66% potential that went up to 100% |

I was wondering this too. I'm buying horses at the auction for over £1m but some of them have really bad potential ratings so assuming this won't improve I sold them. I'd be interested to see if it did rise from 2-3 because I won't sell all of them again if this is the case... |

Supercat im sick i sold over 30 2yo with at least 75% potential doh  i just kept looking for the max alot of the 1mill+ 2yo's have lousy potential |

I'm guessing its just like real life racing. Some young horses are instant stars, but some do take a couple of years to fully hit their peak... You just gotta be patient!!! |

Yes it does btw, have been running a couple 1 horse test games last night to try and get a feel for the potential meter, and it'll go up most years if you race frequently, primarily it seems with 2yo's with large dark green sections of the bar there will be a jump at seasons end of first year, and another smaller jump possible with the 3>4 jump. |

Can confirm it definitely goes up from 2 -> 3 and also from 3 -> 4, have stopped selling most of my 2yo's and 3yo's now which means the stable will quickly fill up. |

Kind of defeats the object of having this bar in the first place is this is correct. |
