Hi - can anyone assist me with how you use the ttf.date files for breeding purposes and a simple guide of how to do this. I am new to the online league and just got into the breeding side but read somewhere that the best way to breed your horses is to backup the file and re load. Not great on this side of things, have just managed to use CK kit and export my horses normally so if anyone can give me a step by step guide of how to save the horse files in a ttd.dat file and then how to back up and load into save game that would be great Thanks |

Thanks for that - do I back up before I export the horses to gamepool or after? If I then want to load that back up to enable me to re breed certain horses where do I place that ttf file. All a bit confusing but wouldn't mid giving it a go so I can keep breeding with my good horses!!! |

Quote: Post Re: Need help locating installation files on Mac HI, The library folder is hidden on a mac, which is why you are having trouble finding it ![]() use the Finder's Go->Go To Folder… menu and paste in "~/Library/Containers" You will then find the folders you're looking for. |

Thanks first time it worked! Next question, when I finish the next season and export horses do they also go in the Ttf backup file or do I need to combine them after each season? Do I need to backup multiple Ttf files after each season and if so how do I combine? Appreciate any help thanks |

Does that keep the ones I already exported? |

dit74 wrote: Does that keep the ones I already exported? If they're still in the transfer pool in game then yes, if not then no. Think of it as copy and pasting in word. When you back up you literally copy what is currently in the transfer pool and save it somewhere else. If you put more horses into the transfer pool then you need to copy and save it again because you have changed the pool. This will obviously not be reflected in your back up until you re-copy the transfer pool from the game and re-save it. Just like when you copy and past a document. If you go back and change the original, the copy will not show these changes until you re-copy and save the original again. Hope that makes sense... |

Only just discovered this. And we're all nearly done with v.5 If I had of known this I would have preserved so many quality types. |
