Just started playing SO4 - having had the game for over 2 years!

Anyway, by the side of a lot of my horses, there is a gold bubble with a number in it, say 1,2,3

what does this mean?

these are all horses that have won G1's

This is to denote what the highest level of race they have won is, i.e. a 1 in a bubble denotes g1, a 2 a g2, a 3 a g3
