Post Horse Stats Questions
I am a bit of a newbie to the game, and I had a couple of questions that I cannot seem to find the answers to.

1. Is the current ability section of the potential bar set for the season, or will it change depending on the development throughout the year?
2. Is there any way to improve the confidence bar, and does it make any real difference?
