Post optimising potential
Anybody know the best way to optimise a horses potential?
I've often had a 80 potential horse only reach 60 , where's a 70 potential horse
has reached its max of 70 and out performs the 80 potential horse.
I repeat ,is there a way to optimise or is it all down to chance ?
Please respond someone.

if you are only getting 80% Bar and that is only 60% full you need to go shopping to find more gamrebreds with better bars
this is the only way to do it unless you hit lucky with a gamebred in the breeding shed

Thanks for response PJ , but just to be clear on this.
Does this mean that horses never improve there actual potential in relation to
there estimated potential?

Im not sure about gamebreds but i know your own bred horses do well at least for me anyway. but im pretty sure it would be the same for gamebreds too.

This is one of my new jump horses and by time he's got to peak age 5/6 he should have full potential.
