Hi, I sent an Enquiry Form 3 days ago asking for my key to be mailed to me as i had lost the e-mail and could not play the game.

I have yet to recieve any reply. I sent another form just incase i had made a mistake in my E-mail address but still nothing.

You have to be patient mark is very busy with so6 and will reply when he has the chance.

Graham it Stated clearly in the original email please keep the key in a safe place there are many places you could have backed up the email
don't mean to state the obvious Cloud/email save folder/pc/memory stick etc.

This really is not Marks problem but i am sure with a little patients he will be happy to help

Bare in mind the man is flat out building the next game and is incredibly busy

Cant understand the support email address not working it has worked in the past
if it is failing it could be an issue with your email provider

If you cant email support from the email address that the game was purchased with
then that is a serious issue

Hope you get it sorted

I probably should have saved it somewhere else but i have the confirmation of payment e-mail and others from the same time period so i assumed it would be saved also.

Apart from writing it down, which i would definitely have lost since i recently moved house, I couldn't have prevented an unexpected loss/error from another bit of tech. Anyway, that is neither here nor there.

I appreciate that Mark must be a busy man if he is single handedly building SO6 and have no issues with that.

I have now sent several e-mails to support@startersorders.com with the same reply from Hotmail...

I don't know if Mark or anyone with the power to send my key will read this forum but if so, It would be greatly appreciated if they were to send my key to the e-mail address supplied when registering, which is also the address used to purchase SO5.
