Hey MJ quick question. When Im editing the schedule to only include graded races I need to match the showcase file to the schedule file right? For instance when im taking all the allowance races out of the schedule I need to also delete them from the showcase file?

Thanks

No. Only delete from the schedule file.

Hey MJ

I noticed there is no people in the stands in my Belmont track. Anyway to fix this?

If you open up the Belmont Park track in the course editor and press export, then you can fix this problem. If, for some reason this causes the rails to disappear (which can happen), just reexport. That is the easiest fix. That is also a solution to any tracks that have rails missing or where the floodlights do not work.

I've tried to open the Belmont Track in the editor but it crashes.

Thank you for the help anyway!

Hey MJ I saw your Derby picks on TVG tonight. Pretty cool. Good picks too. Songbird is my pick.

Of course the night I don't watch TVG my tweet is on haha!!
And I really think Swipe and Nyquist are the top two colts in the US by far. Songbird easily the best 3yo (and if she was nominated to the Triple Crown, she would definitely lead my list). Hit It A Bomb is more of a wildcard. He had a monster win on the synthetic at Dundalk before coming over for the Breeders' Cup. He is a very deep out of the clouds closer (which is usually good to be for the Derby) and closers on synthetic usually translate their form well to the CD dirt come Derby day. I had a conversation with Marcus Hersh of DRF on Twitter earlier in the day on exactly that topic... where he is very skeptical of A/W form translating as well as the War Front pedigree helping him do well on dirt (both The Factor and Declaration of War share War Front as their sire and both performed well on dirt). This should be a pretty fun Road to the Roses as there is no clear favorite. Nyquist is great but has distance concerns; Mohaymen hasn't faced much; Swipe is out for at least another month; the international horses are gearing up for the race (including those from Japan, UAE, England, and Ireland); and of course Baffert has a bunch of horses but all with their limitations. Going to be a very interesting few months leading into the First Saturday in May.

==================================
Also, for anyone that needs to get in touch with me this weekend, I will not be around. I am working an anime convention in Pennsylvania that whole weekend and will not be at my computer at all. Any problems or suggestions or comments or anything you are free to post, but you will not get a response until Monday.

2016 US Schedule - February Update!

Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/v43h7knvwkj5maq/2016_US_Schedule_-_February_Update.zip

Finally, an update to my 2016 US Schedule and the biggest one yet.
Also included is an updated Belmont Park. In order for this mod to work correctly, delete the 2_Belmont Park folder in 3D>Courses before downloading. This Belmont Park is somewhat graphic intensive but is a lot more realistic than the last model I made. It is necessary to use this updated schedule.
Throughout the month I will be tweaking the schedule to try and cut down on the amount of times horses run per year. The next update will be coming out at the beginning of March.

The following tracks have an updated schedule:
-Arlington Park
-Belmont Park
-Belterra Park
-Canterbury Park
-Delaware Park
-Emerald Downs
-Evangeline Downs
-Keeneland
-Lone Star Park
-Mahoning Valley
-Penn National
-Prairie Meadows
-Ruidoso Downs
-Sam Houston
-Saratoga
-Sun Ray Park
-Thistledown
-Will Rogers Downs

Definitely an improvement overall but 3yos still race a lot of times.

Hey MJ just downloaded your March update great job. I was just curious how you play the game? In other words how do you get past the 3 year olds racing so much. It drives me nuts. Not even so much as them racing so many times, but how they sometimes race back to back days. I just wish there was some way to fix this. Anyways I cant complain too much i've put countless amount of hours into this game.

Thanks for all your hard work

We have now reached 500 downloads!!!!

The Start It v2.30 finally reached 500 downloads. Just want to thank everyone for their support.

I'll be away at an anime convention this weekend so I will not be able to upload the April update just yet (nor will I be calling all that many races for next week's league races, with the exception of the Kentucky Derby, which I will be calling). But the April update will go out soon (featuring Del Mar).

Once again, thanks for the support. April update out soon and for those wondering, Rosehill Gardens should be out next week (just finishing it up).

-----------------------------
And just in case you were wondering, there is a combined total of 5,899 downloads of all of the Start It files released for SO6. So cool!
