i can just about buy that you did this the first time (SO5) to warn people this time is blatant attempt to ruin any future lge
making a video to show people how to do it shows that i really give up lost all respect for you
IMO little point having a lge as no one will trust no one.
I trusted you when you said the game could not be cracked more fool me.

Every year this farmer in my town sets up this wagon and puts a bunch of fresh picked corn and other vegetables for the locals to buy. He has a lock box where you drop your money in for your purchase. He is rarely ever at the wagon. He uses the honor system because he trusts the people to pay and they do. Years this has been going on.

The league can thrive and survive on honor too.

Doc has a hacking tool he likes to play with and cracking game codes is what he does as a hobby. His way of revealing his results is disconcerting but I am not surprised he can do this because I've never thought the game was unhackable.

He has managed to breed the legends in the game when Mark has said you can't.

Im not on anyones side here but making an app for the game i would say is fine for example pre game editor for FMH, but hacking the game code isn't, im pretty sure your not allowed to alter any game code unless its an open source project.

But i do understand that doc has done it for a bit of fun to breed out of legends but altering the game code is something different, unless mark is happy with it.

Also any game can be hacked/cracked pretty much.

Doc should be putting his ability to hack the codes to good use, perhaps in helping to make the AI more realistic

It is better that any exploits are made public.

It is also better that they are made public before any league is put togeather.

Not right mark, surely you can do something to stop this, I was really thinking of joining the league but not after this performance.

So the cat is out of the bag.. no way to put it back in.

First of all.. please reupload the video to youtube.. I have an interest in seeing it. Secondly removing the horse file size cap is an easy fix in regards to the league. Publishing an exploit and a possible fix regarding multiplayer abuse is the nice thing to do, as somebody else might have drawn the same conclusion independently and might not have been that nice about it.

I fully agree with Mark and DocHay that there is no reason to vilify anybody here. Further I believe that publishing exploits is not an issue as such, and shouldn't be treated as one.
