Post subject:  Map mod?

Is there any mod to fix the map? I just started a new game and I was looking at the map locations in North America and noticed that there were a lot of incorrect locations. For instance, Chicago was in New York, Brooklyn was in California, and Hollywood was in California. Is there a mod for this or is this my game corrupted?

I was trying to figure out what tracks were what myself and boy was I off on some. There's also a lot of missing tracks I noticed so I've spent the last few months adding them ... redirects to other tracks anyway. Track editor hates me and I'm trying to keep the game folder size down anyway so want to avoid downloading tracks. The city name for the tracks is a bit confusing, especially when it comes to common city names like Columbus. There's the Ohio capital and one in Nebraska. Albany is also in New York and California. There's also track names that aren't really that close to the city used for them. Then you got the generic state named tracks which could be any track in the state. Rather confusing. While updating the US schedule (which I'm still doing), I was contemplating just screwing it and putting all California races on the California track, all New York races on the New York track (even the Belmont ... Brooklyn Stakes, etc), etc to save me figuring out what was what.

Monticello is now in the course files, though. I commented on it to Mark the other month when I saw races for it in the showcase but no track in the courses file. Mark added it the following patch.

The US side of the game hasn't really been updated in years when it comes to things like showcase and tracks so not surprising things are a bit off. People here create some pretty good mods to correct it, though. Thankfully Mark lets us edit the game.
