Hi I was wonder if you know, this problem is Error:Access violation at 0x0079F805 (tried to read from 0x00000030), program termined Last CP is RF. I am using the silks, schedule, that you were kind enough to email me, I keep getting to 15th May then it crashes many thanks Alan |

Hi boldboy Yes, I remember this being highlighted to me a few months ago. This is happening in the flat-only schedule isn't it? I had been trying to work out what was causing that error to occur on the flat-only schedule. I thought the notepad file had corrupted so I took a copy of the sched_f.dat file from the default schedule and overwrote it with my flat schedule. It still crashed on 15 May with that same error code. I'm not sure how to approach correcting this as there is nothing wrong with the code or the racecourse files that have meetings around that date. I'll have a go at copying the sched_fj.dat file (that file works fine) and then save that as the new sched_f.dat. Will get that to you as soon as I can. Steve |

Hi Bobsworth, I'm current getting an error similar to the above error with my game when my horse is running at southwell however i cant seem to see it in your mod have i installed the mod wrong? |

Hi lloyd Which schedule are you on? Flat only or mixed? Could you let me know your email address so I can email you the Southwell course. It is not one of the courses that I edited but I have a version of it which seems to solve the glitch that you speak of. |

Good news and bad news. Good news is, the schedule and courses are ready. Bad news is that, during testing, the game keeps crashing on 14 May. I am also building up a database of horses that were active during the 1980s. |

Is it the flat schedule or the jumps .... or even combined that crashes. I only play the jumps .... much more fun !! |

I was in fact waiting for SO7 to come out. But, anyway, here are my changes so far. COLOURS I did a load of silks for the top UK flat owners. http://www.mediafire.com/file/mo4yc9k7r ... ockeys.zip, http://www.mediafire.com/file/ukst8jbxyc497eu/bmp.zip. Updated the jockeys and trainers... those updates are with the data files. COURSE I created a new version of Haydock (Haydock_FB) that has a fixed brush course. Noticed that simpleminds's Downpatrick does not appear to be among the main course files, so included that in this pack. My other mods are unchanged and are now on http://www.mediafire.com/file/ut810rwb2 ... tracks.zip SFX For sound effects, I created announcements for the racecourse name that work on my other versions of that same track e.g. for "Newmarket July", announcer will still say "Welcome to Newmarket". http://www.mediafire.com/file/mopnsdoasqs8ui2/sfx.zip SCHEDULES Here is an updated schedule where UK has been changed. The QIPCO Champions Series is now properly prepped. And the fillies' handicap series, finals run on Sun Chariot day at Newmarket, is now on there. Welsh Champion Hurdle moved to late October and West Wales National moved to April. Some minor meetings in January and early Feb have been included but this will be complete for SO7. Thanks aintreematty. Though I understand that, for SO7, Mark will be changing the way in which courses and stables are mapped. So the stables.dat and courses.dat files are going to be reconfigured. |
