Post subject:  Looking for help... I've searched everything.
Can someone tell me how to install the Startit mod? I know there is a youtube video and there is information in on the board that explains how it is done, but I keep having a problem. I have all the files but when I go copy over the 3D and gfx files and start up the game the new courses and schedules are not there. What am I doing wrong? I would very much appreciate any help that anyone is willing to offer. ... I've watched the youtube video 5 times now and still cannot figure this out.

When I try to go and remove all the _2 files and replace them with the mod, I then go to restart the game and launch a new game, and the game freezes and restarts. I'm guessing it is doing this because it cannot access the base game files.

I was also able to install the Fasig Tipon sales schedule but all the game is selling, allowance and handicap races. Is it designed like this or did I miss a step?

I'm on a windows laptop.
Using a US based schedule.

Download Instructions:

1) Download the zip from the above link (warning, large download, may take a while)
2) Unzip said download
3) Open "Start It International Courses"
4) Drop the 3D and gfx folders into your Starters Orders 6 folder**
5) Open "Start It International Data"
6) Drop the data folder into your Starters Orders 6 folder

**For ease, you can go one by one through the courses in the 3D>courses folder and only add the ones that you do not have, but recommended that you install all of those with a 2_ and the following: Laytown, Randwick, Rosehill, Flemington.
--Note: Remember to rewrite all files when asked; all files added should come from this download.

Hi, I was wondering if this might be the cause of the issues. The earlier versions of StartIt required you to delete older courses before installing, however the latest ones (if I remember correctly) don't overwrite any files and so a copy/paste intot he correct folders is all that needs doing.

I'd start with a freshly updated version of SO6 and then try installing the mod again without deleting any files along the way.
