Have I accidentally lost these two courses or have they temporarily (I hope) unavailable?

Basically impossible to commit to a full schedule without two Grade One tracks.

Also, has anybody been able to set up a seller or a claimer yet? I'm putting the terms in the race descriptions but to no avail.
