On the Flat side, the field sizes have been set in the main so that handicaps have large fields and listed/Group races have small fields(8-12 ish runners) with the exception of races like the Guineas, Derby, Arc to name a few. This will not be to everyone's cup of tea so if you want bigger sized fields in Group races, your better with the unedited version http://www.startersorders.com/phpBB2/vi ... php?t=2817

PLEASE NOTE

If you are using this schedule pack and have downloaded the latest patch, ....72, you'll need to download it again rather than dropping an old/stored version of it back in. This is because Mark has made changes to course data, regarding the draw issue at some tracks, and the older version of this pack will just copy back over them.

The new .72 compatible version is - http://www.mediafire.com/?13nnhdmtozn
(If you've already downloaded the patch and dropped an old version in, you'll need to download and install the patch again, before downloading this.

Yeah, Mediafire is having issues at the mo, I've put a temp link up to uploading.com, click on that and select free user, that should work for now.

Edit - Mediafire link should now work

Hi, i am using the latest patch and trying to start a flat/jumps combined game. I have copied the latest data and gfx folders into my so4 folder but when i try to start a new game it crashes stating fatal error: cant match schedule race with showcase db rec. This only happens on the flat/jumps combined game.

I am quite new to so4 so any help will be very appreciated

Problem fixed rkeeley,

If you download and install again from link above or on first page, should be fine.

thanks for replying dancing brave. I have downloaded the above file again and pasted into the so4 folder overwriting any duplicate files but still have the same error message coming up when i try to start a new game. Do i need to do anything else or is just a case of overwriting the gfx and data files.

Thanks again, sorry to be a pain

Yes, just need to over-write data and gfx. Once you've updated the gfx file once, you don;t have to worry about it in the future as most changes will involve the data side only.

I missed something which is why your still getting the error. I;ve corrected that and promise you it will now work. Download again and that should be you.
