Post Prestige or Money
I've been playing around with making a schedule and have come up with this question...

Will a computer owner tend to put horses in to capture glory or money?

A few examples.
-If there are two G1 races at the same time, one with a higher purse, will the better horses run with the higher purse or will they be evenly split between the 2 races?
-The opposite, if there are 2 races with the same purse but one is a G1, the other a G2, will the better horses run in the G1?
- Or if I have a G1 with a smaller purse and a handicap/listed race with a bigger purse, will the better horses run for the money or in the G1?

Assuming they are both over the same distance, you'll find that the race that comes first in the schedule file attracts the strongest field.

Yes, in this case, the G1 should attract a slightly stronger field. You wouldn't tend to get horses rated higher than around 128 in a G2, but in the G1 you should get horses rated up to the 140 maximum.

The purse size doesn't make a difference. The G1 will still attract a G1 field. Listed races wouldn't tend to attract horses rated any higher than 108/110, regardless of the prize money. As for the handicap, it depends on what type of handicap it is.
