Good idea. I was meaning to do this a while back but never got around to it  Here are a few I use, I have included the Frankel picture as I know some people have been after it. If you need a re-sized version let me know I can i sort one out for you. Please remember if you want to use this as background you will need to save the image as wp1 and wp2 and make sure they are saved as bitmap which is .bmp extension on the drop down menu. Not sure who the horses are on this one  Needless to say this is Frankel  Frankel again  Rocketman  Royal Ascot  Afsare at Royal Ascot

i wanted to make my own background so i messed about with microsoft global surface & google earth and designed my dream racecourse started small but got out of hand took a while  the name is a city in china 3rd largest city in china they dont have a racecourse so gave them this  hate to think how much it would cost them to build it  have not tried it as background yet just finished it there are bits and pieces from alot of racecourses from around the world some of the stuff i designed myself some of the courses used tampa bay tokyo arlington happy valley doncaster newmarket flemmington belmont etc etc

Nice concept , a chinese businessman should actually build something like, afterall the chinese are rich, would be good if we could add courses into the game, id love that in the game

just in-case anyone wonders to do these pics using Microsoft paint. Copy the picture you want. Open paint Paste the picture Go to options at the top one should say re-size click that untick keep aspect ratio. now type in the size screen you play on. i use windowed 1080 x 720. it should re-size to this. Save then paste into your game files where a past post has said. hope this helps some people. |
