 Creating Coloured banners/background changes

Post Creating Coloured banners/background changes
Hello ive noticed from many peoples uploads that they have a different coloured banner on there home screen (where there name would be above declarations, trainers table, jockeys table etc)
was just wondering how to do this, ive already changed the main picture of my background with great success, now just looking to see how to make this adjustment to the banner
