Less than 2 weeks ago, sitting at home with one of my long time friends enjoying a glass of something very nice which came from Scotland, as usual we were talking about gaming. Two things we've both done over a long time - drink whisky and gaming. Out of the blue he says "what we need is something like Stablemasters, a proper addictive horse racing sim". I vaguely remembered something with John McCririck's name attached to it and something else whose name I couldn't remember so Google offered us Starters Orders. I have a feeling I played an earlier incarnation but a day after the conversation, and when I was not under the influence, I downloaded SO6 and just like horse racing it's a combination of amazing, frustrating and many other emotions - Is there some meetings I need to go to where I stand up and say "Hi, my name is Andy and I have an addiction" ?? Which reminds me, I need to tweak a training schedule ....... |
