Yeah, it's not that exciting rich, but you can then use that horse for breeding the next year.

So I'm trying to do all the races for Astrum but there is one (fourth race) that it won't let me do, what the hell?

But it literally won't let me do race 4? It goes straight from Victoria Grand Prix to Arc

Is it worth upgrading to Gallop Racer version?

I'm one of the best jockey's this game has seen, 10 lengths clear from about 4 out and still win on the bridle.
I produced one of the best hold up rides you'll ever see.
