Post Reporting a game error/crash
It is important to report crashes/issues so we can fix them. Different PC hardware and software configurations can lead to some machines having issues while the majority do not so we need users to report these fully.

Please start with you PC spec including: CPU, RAM, Video hardware and version of Windows. Here is a simple guide to locating your spec: http://www.cnet.com/uk/how-to/how-to-fi ... windows-8/

Most users should be running DX11. If you get a problem do not simply ignore it and switch to DirectX9. Report which version of DirectX you are on and which game version. Both these items can be found bottom left of the main game menu.

It is important to make sure your video card drivers are up to date. Do not rely on Windows update. If you have a NVidia card install GeForce Experience. This will notify you when drivers are available.

If your game will not even launch try deleting your settings: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=10782. If that does not work uninstall the game, restart and download and reinstall again. If you wish to delete all your settings and save open explorer and browse DOCUMENTS. Then delete the STARTERSORDERS6 folder. If this all fails email support@startersorders.com.

When you report a bug include as much information as possible (in addition to the PC spec). Things like:
Where is the crash? How frequent? Is it repeatable (same point every time)? Crash after clicking which button?
Which game mode are you playing?
Which game year is the crash?
Please also include your LOG.TXT file (this can be found in DOCUMENTS, STARTERSORDERS6).

If you game loads but then crashes at the same point we may be able to use your game save file to fix the problem. A guide to email the save in is here: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=9765
