| Post subject: | Stud Barn Naming |
Is there any way we can change the name of our own stud barn? Mine (and others from screenshots) always auto names after the player name. It would be nice if we could amend this in a future patch (if it's not already there)? Or have it name maybe as the stable name rather than player name? Not sure what others feel about this, just thought it might be a nice touch. |

Ya good shout i was going to mention that would be great to name your stud like you can your stable id love studfarms in other countries too but thats only a minor thing |

I do find it odd it is named after the trainer not the racing barn too. A small outfit being all one farm name happens. So the racing barn and the breeding outfit sharing a name happens. Tax wise there are reasons not to do that once you are large enough to split them at least in the US. No clue in UK. But I don't think I've ever heard of foals, say at sale, under the racing trainer's name. :scratches head: At least let it be the Farm Name, not Trainer for now if it must be one. And having its own name would be even nicer. |

You can rename your stud. My trainer name is N Gordon. My stud name is Alexander Stud. Go to My breeding, click on the Your STUD tab, and then click on the red name in the upper left hand corner as that is your stud name. Even says when you mouse over it you can rename it. Anything in red you should be able to rename which is true of the horses, too. If you can't rename it, then it's a bug because it worked fine in earlier patches. |
