Not sure if this has been mentioned, I can't remember seeing it anywhere. Can something be done to stop AI runners, usually in handicaps but not always so, from carrying loads of overweight. An odd pound here and there isn't unrealistic, but, when you have a handicap and the bottom 8 or so runners are all carrying heading for, or over, 8 to 10 pounds overweight, then realism flies out the window. It is not uncommon in handicaps to see the lower weighted horses annotated with +12lbs or more at times. That's a stone overweight, near as damn it and it happens a lot. |

I changed the jockey file so all jockeys weight is 7st 7 to combat this issue. |
