Hey Mark, I don't know when this started but in the horse information screen of my game, where the speech icon for jockey feedback is, it's duplicated and overlapping, so you can't hover over the right one.

I have this exact same issue, I think it's only in the last 2 or 3 patches. I can still read them but it is very fiddly. |
