I purchased GM when it came out and I've read the posts on it as well.
I used to race greyhounds and was lucky enough to have a couple of bitches that reached open class. I bred from them too and most of the pups were winners, so I'm pretty familiar with the principles from all angles.
Apart from expected teething problems (which for me were sorted out by the patch) all I can say, Mark, is that your tireless efforts have produced a winner. It's as close as any greyhound game will get to the real thing and I've been on it every evening, much to the dismay of my other 'alf !
On a final note, a tip for any new trainer to get some cash in quickly. A number of trials and races will have say, three stayers and three non-stayers. If it's a staying race, back the three stayers win or e/w and in combos. Vice versa if it's a standard or sprint distance.
