Since you 2 are fantastic trainers on this game is there any chance u could give me advice on how to start off, for example how to get my money up so i can buy some decent dogs, i brought the GM2 last week and i just end up losing all my money as my dogs hardly win anything and my money gets lost due to fees.
Thanks your help will be very much apreciated
Ryan.

Hi Ryan theres a few ways to get going financially and they all involve betting...my prefered strategy when i first got going was to keep the 15000 or so you get to start with..dont purchase any dogs at the first sale ..you should then recieve 3poor/average dogs in your kennel look at each and see what their prefered distance is..for instance if 1 is 375 the other is 450 and the other 475 and then find a race which is well over there prefered distance and enter all 3 in the race then give all 3 a triall over 875m on the day of the race ...effectivly youve stopped your dogs from being able to produce their best and they will run bad as youve given them a heavy bit of training then on the bookmakers page before the race do a max combo tricast with the 3computer dogs your dogs should all traill in at the back leaving you laughing all the way to the bank...it dosnt always work ist time but it will soon enough and you will have a nice payday then gradually buy better dogs repeating the trick now and again with even more money on when you need a cash boost that worked for me let me know how you get on as theres more ways to skin a cat if that dosnt work for you..hope that helps

Hi Ryan,
Welcome to the game!
hotdogpat is my protojegy - bit like Taylor was to Lewis in darts and now Lewis is turning up the heat (sorry hotdogpat I had to get that one in )
I agree with the tips provided by hotdogpat below and works well, I got to about a Million in the bank by doing this and then filling my kennel with good computer dogs and then breeding like mad with them.
I get most fun from the breeding side trying to produce star dogs over the various distances.
NB: If u break any of the records let me know and I can up-date the table accordingly.
Kind regards,
Lee
