 Trainers
Are we able to make more trainers, so there is more than 100 flat trainers in the UK game, and also for the other countries such as France and Japan etc can we make add trainers to the trainer file, so there is more than in the default file?

 Re: Trainers
Tried adding a handful and it worked fine. Any more than that and the game crashed. So jury's out on that one.

 Re: Trainers
MJTAGS,
Maybe you can help me out. When you get to silks and cap set 100 and 101 how did you name them? D100 and 101 or something else. And what number should be used for BMP's I have 150 USA silks made but I need to put them in the game. Thanks

So silks in 3d folder are 100 is 100, then 101, then 102, etc. BMPs are same. So it's 500, 501, 502, 503, etc. And caps are 1500, 1501, 1502, etc.

 Re: Trainers
Hi all, I am currently updating the trainers/jockey files for the minor countries like Hong Kong / Japan / Dubai etc.. I am also adding the portraits for each files to make it even more realistic. I just finished the Hong Kong file (number 11 in SO6 folder). Everything works fine, the portraits, retainers etc are linked perfectly to the different trainers/jockey EXCEPT the fact that only 5 trainers (when i edited/added more than 20) and 10 jockeys (when i edited/added around 15) are showing in the Hong Kong lists of jockeys and trainers when i start a new game. Actually it is showing only the first 5 (for trainers) & 10 (for jockeys) names in the notepads I've edited. I tried adding more stables names as I thought maybe this was the problem. There was only five stables listed in the original file. But even after adding more than 20 and restarting a new game nothing changed... Am I missing something that has to be edited 1st? Is there any restrictions on the number of trainers/jockeys that we can edit/add for these "smaller countries" ? I know that these won't be playable but just to have a realistic touch I would like to edit these and share them when completed. Thanks in advance guys. Cheers!

The number of trainers and jockeys that are active for each country relates directly to the number of horses that you have active for those countries. You need to update the NatSpread line in the schedule file. The numbers in the NatSpread line relate to the number of horses active in the game from each country, and the order is the same as in the data files. Here's what each of the numbers will give you in the game (subject to availability when it comes to trainers and jockeys): 0 - no horses, no trainers, 10 jockeys (although they will never be used!) 1 - 0.5% of total horse pool, 5 trainers, 10 jockeys 2 - 1% of total horse pool, 5 trainers, 10 jockeys 3 - 2% of total horse pool, 10 trainers, 10 jockeys 4 - 3% of total horse pool, 15 trainers, 15 jockeys 5 - 4% of total horse pool, 20 trainers, 20 jockeys 6 - 5% of total horse pool, 25 trainers, 25 jockeys
