Re: Cheltenham 2015
Open Eagle could turn out to be good, but I doubt it. He wasn't anything special on the flat and the last run came on desperate ground against tired horses who had been running all season. 25/1 is an awful price, should be 50/1+ for the Supreme and Neptune and 100/1+ for the Albert Bartlett.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
Lets not hijack the thread. Overturn the only one of those he did well with, what happened to the other two? He did win the National with an extremely well handicapped horse as well. I couldn't back him with money id found on the floor.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
I'll be keeping a eye on the winner Captain Chaos, I think if he was with a bigger stable he might be talked about for the bumper but because he's with Tj Fitzgerald( I believe had a decent bumper horse a few years ago) he will go totally under the radar.

Bellshill bumper form takes yet another boost as Total Recall wins a maiden hurdle at Punchestown. it's the best irish bumper form this season.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
Not sure how it boosts the form? One of the worst maiden hurdles I've seen and the winner was given such an easy lead.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
After last season I will never back another Mullins horse in the bumper, he can have his 5 or 6 runners but the line is going right through them. I don't know what their going to do with him but General Principle won the last race well, lovely looking horse. Open Eagle ran poor perhaps drop him back down to 2 miles.

Brave ignoring the Mullins horses in Champion Bumper Willie Mullins – Wither or Which (1996), Florida Pearl (1997), Alexander Banquet (1998), Joe Cullen (2000), Missed That (2005), Cousin Vinny (2008), Champagne Fever (2012), Briar Hill (2013)

Re: Cheltenham 2015
yes mullins has a good record in the bumper but he's very screwd. He'll have 4 or 5 in it and it'll be the outsider who wins the race. So hard to pick the winner of that race.

Re: Cheltenham 2015
Kitten Rock has an entry in the Red Mills Hurdle at Naas on Saturday, I think. As mentioned in an earlier post, he's a top class prospect and potential Champion Hurdle dark horse. It might be worth keeping an eye out for him.
