   |   Re: Weekly ReactionAnother quiet week on the flat with just 4 runners.
Angelina Balerina 1st, finally showed some form has been very disappointing up until this week.
Asian Maze 2nd, I thought she might be a champion hurdler but no chance now.
Run To Laura Hill 1st, another nice H'cap win, will have to try better novice races now.
Moment of Truth 1st, just a good honest front runner.
Alderbrook 2rd, always the bridesmaid and never the bride.
Sparky Gale 6th, won a race but might be let go next week.

   |   Re: Weekly ReactionVery nice run once again by Apollitical Jazz. I think she is just about finding her home. May need to step her down in handicap next time but think she might be a winner in Week 5.
My jumps team is already a lot better than my flats team ever was. Really liking the jumps game and hoping for some more good runs out of them! Now if only Come On Jazz could finish a race...

   |   Re: Weekly Reaction3 winners today for me
 UKRA
Animal Kingdom a virtual pacemaker over first 3weeks was dropped in trip and made all off top weight in the
Betfred Silver Bowl and did it very well was not expecting much but knew at this trip if he got a handy lead he would
 take some pegging back delighted

 NHC
Mis Impossible won the G2 November novices chase been knocking on the door of late but bolted over the last
2 fences to take the win by almost 3 lengths stunning sight seeing her jump the last 2 like that a sight to see

Sally Army made it 3 wins from 4 and she unseated in the other start this season. She won the Buck house
Chase her second grade 3 success this term and she made all to win by 3 and a half lengths was worried about
the trip but she saw it out beautifully she is no doubt one of my stable stars very pleased with her she jumped
 really well

Congratulations to the winners and placers
thanks to the team as always
 great comms lads as always

   |   Re: Weekly ReactionLots of horses in with a shout today, always finding one or two too good.......
Flat - not sure I care much about the flat right now

Arch Rival - 4th good run in a field largely beyond her class

Burst of Energy - 2nd great run but off stupidly low weights she'll go backwards now some will be added

Enders Shame - 5th stayed on well enough but more to do than he has class.

Storm Rising - 6th slightly hampered on the run in but stayed on gamely.

 Jump

The Stunner - G2 2nd great run but left a lot to do and Banterbury maid had too much in hand.

Emergence - G2 3rd not the pace of the winner but finally beginning to show what we see at home.

Hope and Glory - Fell at the last when out on her feet, should had added the word 'no' to her name.

Exit Potentially - 4th return to his best distance and he stayed on well at the closing stages

Enterprise - Fell at the first, not a good horse will be retired

The Mentalist - 3rd decent outing and stayed on well enough if largely one paced

Dominion of Saints - 4th left all to do but stayed on well in the last 2f, need to shed that maiden win rating still

Disposing Quiz - 5th always in contention but not the pace of the winner Mighty Rivarun who was most impressive

Chess - 10th ran in snatches, handicapper may finally give her a break after a soft maiden win.

Not hopeful tomorrow will bring much more joy, most of the stable top horses were out today.

 Josh

Thanks Jalupen, bit surprised but definately my best win so far this season, I have some useful horses just too high for handicaps and not good enough for the group races

   |   Re: Weekly ReactionNot a bad first two days for me this week lots of positives

   |   Re: Weekly ReactionFlatSomething of a mixed first day with Bel Bolide (3rd) and Crush (placed 2nd, finished 3rd)) running well though Stewards were very harsh to dq Josh's winner. Andy Cap (5th) ran another solid enough race, Secret Agent (8th) didn't stay, Golden Shot (8th) is in need of shooting and Chirpy Chirpy Cheap Cheap (12th) ran no race at all.

Day 2 was much better with Golden Gun winning a 3 runner race, Velvet Underground (3rd) running another cracker and Raging Buffalo (2nd) somehow managing to place in a G2 over 14f. Only disappointment was Canny Lad (19th) who ran a shocker though he wasn't helped by a wide draw.

 Jumps
Solid runs from Bold Lad and Olimpia on day 1 while Grey Skies ran a huge race in th SO6 chase qualifier on day 2.

Thanks to the lads for the exellent comms and well done all winners and placers.

   |   Re: Weekly ReactionWell I have a few that can loom up at the 1.5 furlong and then die out.My horses right across the board in my game are much better than the horses I had at the start of the last league.
It seems everyone else has improved as well so not making many in-roads.
Will just plug away in the low handicaps and hopefully pick up a win - probably in the new year.

Well done to everyone - the standard has definitely lifted!

   |   Re: Weekly ReactionA poor day on the flat with Chief Singer (2nd) the only highlight in the maiden nursery.
No winners over jumps either but did manage to have 3 horses fill the runners-up spot. Ramses jumped like a pole vaulter and had no chance with the winner but at least he qualified for the MM Final so happy with that. Looby Lou ran well over 2m1f and Hello Gorgeous has improved loads for stepping up in trip after disappinting over 2m.

Congrats to all winners and placers.
