Re: THE 2nd SEASONAL CHELTENHAM €20 CHARITY TIPPING COMPETIT
Cracking start to the Festival, with no less than 7 different winners over the 12 races. Top of the Festival Championship trainer pile, after Day 1 is John Morgan with 3 wins followed by Paul, Josh and the returning Leon with 2 wins a piece. David Robertson, Martin Leedham & Del Hinton all in the winners enclosure too. The comp looks like this – Myself and Martin at the top with only 20 points covering the top 5. PJR (if selected) gaining the most points for the day (2 wins 3 runner up spots and a third totaling 75 points, could be classed as a bit unlucky over the day Paul ) The trainers in Groups 1,2 & 3 all scoring points but out of Group 4 with double points on offer, just Darren Howells picking up a couple of 3rd places gaining 20 points PU’s a total of 6, but still another 17 races to go.

Re: THE 2nd SEASONAL CHELTENHAM €20 CHARITY TIPPING COMPETIT
This is becoming interesting, even if I do say myself……. To start, Josh had a good 2nd day picking up 3 wins (as well as 3x2nds & a 3rd) and going to the top of the Festival Champ trainer board with 5 wins, followed by John with 4 (1 win today) then we have three trainers on 3, Paul (1 win today) Davey (2 wins today) & Martin (2 wins today) as well as winners for Gray, Holger & DT. Now the comp…. Boooom, Holger goes from Zero to Hero, with a massive day’s point haul of 220 with his team (Josh, Himself, Martin, Carl & Stu) all scored and he moves to a share of 1st place with Darren T, who also scored well with 170. Paul is just 5 points behind and Darren H a further 10. 5 races left, so will be tight, but better still we have had 14 pu’s so far and with Alex’s pick of 15, Carl’s of 17, Davey’s 18 & even Doug’s 19, all look achievable with 2 races at 3m+ and a 4m4f, so a possible 100 points could change it all. Good Luck....

Re: THE 2nd SEASONAL CHELTENHAM €20 CHARITY TIPPING COMPETIT
Let’s start with the competition and it has been won by just 5 points and only because they correctly guessed the amount of PU’s with a total of 19 which was correctly guessed by DOUG, so well done mate and bad lack to Darren Thompson who was 2nd . If there had only been 18, Davey (wooden spoon) would of got the 100 but still not beaten DT. Let me know which charity you would like your €20 to go to… (Old dead Ozzie one armed drummers, doesn’t count ) The festival championship is retained by Josh, finishing with 6 (1 win today, just the GC lol) John followed in 2nd with 5 (1 win today) and first wins of the festival for Kevin, Carl and Sirus, well done guys and 13 different trainers winning, 3 more than last season.

Great comp, Stu and great work providing the statistics. It gives an extra edge to the festival.
I will run the head to head comp for the national this week just like last season. Jamie is the reigning champion there.

Stu - if you can find a good charity for cats in your neck of the woods then I'd be happy to donate to them.
