5 Generations of breeding and this dud is what Starters Orders League Leading Trainer PJ comes up with?
I'm not touching this game until everything is fixed. I won't be wasting my time breeding dud after dud.
I went back to SO6 to rustle up some league horses. It's still fun and better than SO7 at this point.

I found a good breeding horse but found out nothing but poor foals are produced. Look at the horse Paul produced here. It's awful and if anyone is an expert at Starters Orders it is Paul. Add in the new time wasting GUI and it is just not worth playing this just to breed crummy horses. It's SO6 with an improved lineage feature and a rearranged GUI with a horse stats feature that has been strangely altered from a previous winning formula. This new setup is not kind to manual trainers like myself when you start having multiple horses. I stand by my statement. At this point Starters Orders 6 is much more enjoyable.

Not played it and will not until the new year but I hope the ratings are better in this game because it was to easy to get 140.

These sorts of comments are worrying, Mark has said the game will be me harder as all horses will be bred by game horses so it won't be like so6 where as soon as you start breeding you win group ones after a few generations your horses are so much better than game horses. You and others are suggesting this is what you want when this results in a few seasons of enjoyment before you are winning everything and it's too easy and becomes boring, the games been out less than a week, players have been breeding for a matter of days and expecting to have super horses already! Don't you think it would be far too easy again if this happens?? We don't all just play for the league!

Re: Post Up Your Best
But that shouldn't happen because if the AI works like it should then u horses as well as the computer horses should get better, if u have a monster stallion and the AI uses it then the computer horses will get better just like the player. Well i'm hoping it works that way so I don't just play the game for the league, i'd like to improve my horses while having a fun game.

its ridiculously early in the process to make any substantial conclusions lads I'm enjoying it only thing missing is the chance to transfer horses between games ATM

They shouldn't necessarily get better, just all horses will be bred from game stallions and so should be more equal than so6

Re: Post Up Your Best
U 100 percent wrong on that, let's say I have a horse with all full bars and I send him to stud and the computer sends it's mares to him then their horses will get better bars and will improve. U can breed u own horses as well. This game has a AI where none of the other games had. If the AI taps into u gene pool then their horses will improve. I agree Gray, the ttf's should have gone for good.
