I know this isn't strictly the right place for this but figured you guys probably know the game best. I have had many issues with the game which i've always managed to fix (let me know if you lose your CK files!) but this one stumps me. All of my saved games suddenly crash when trying to launch. The only way around it so far is to revert a save to the backup, load it and it works, then save and exit and suddenly all the other saved games will now load. Any ideas? I have backups and have restored all the saves to an earlier point but same result. Also verified game files in Steam. It's obviously only a QOL issue for now but would like to get sorted. Anyone experienced similar?

I haven't experienced the same issue, but I don't have the game through Steam. Could it be a Steam issue?

If u have everything saved I'd just try to reinstall u game again.

I think it can come down to the mods you have loaded including racecourses, schedules etc. As well as the size of exports in the CK

I have an old saved game which I can only load on my old laptop, even tho my newer desktop is 10x more powerful/better. This save game also wont save (crashes) if the CK is on the fuller side. So for last season when I wanted to move it forward a season to get some stayers, I had to have CK exports at zero, to play the game, then try a few times to export the horses.

And yes always save CK and games seperately every hour/day/season, nothing worse than losing it all.

Also try not having other programs open like chrome etc, might help with computer RAM

I think you're right about the mods. I did suspect this before and deleted the mods that I had (StartIt and one of the courses packs) but didn't seem to change anything. I think maybe because some saved games are using the mods and some aren't. Last thing to try would be deleting some of the saved games I suppose. I'll put up with it for now. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
