Can someone tell me exactly how I go about changing the names of the jockeys and trainers?!

I've attempted to follow the advice offered under 7.6 here...

... but, alas, to no avail. It tells me to edit the two text files in the ‘.\DATA\EDITED NAMES\’ folder but this folder doesn't appear to exist. I've now spent a couple of hours trying to sort this without success and, as you might imagine, would appreciate any help.
