Re: Starters Orders Jumps qualifiers That would suggest that the new qualifiers are considered to be graded handicaps as novices are allowed in all non-graded handicaps. It's not a big problem I just wanted it clarified in case it was a glitch.

I am trying to enter Letton who ran over 2 miles in week 1 and is rated 92. |
