Just wondering is there a Stand Alone race construction kit, as I have multiple games that I want to export horses from to trial them.

Each game seems to attached to its own CK kit.

Also when the Horse Race exported database gets large, it gets laggy and slow and becomes harder to manage.

Ive exported single Horse files from the CK, but how can I test them with no stand alone CK kit.
Am I missing something simple here?

Not sure I understand, do you mean you have the game installed multiple times or are you exporting horse files?

I'm guessing the latter. If so you don't need to export the files to race them against each other. You can do that by creating races using the left hand icon.

Once you have done that you can thin out your email.hdb file but keep backups of it just in case.

Yes I have different saves backed up on a hard drive, and when I import them over, there are different horses I’ve save to the CK file. So I’ve no way to match them up and trial from the different saves.

But I see the mistake I’ve made.
I should have kept the Hirse file database the same for each game.

What you said basically, you have a total of 8 saves you can use in one instance and all exported horses go to the same export file and they can then be measured against each other, basically what league players call trials.

You can depending on how many saves you have copy them all into the same place to prevent the problem going forward. The only thing way to compare them now is with the league race kit but that’s only for those who run the league itself.
