Perhaps you could remind me and any new trainers what the proceedure is to upload trial horses.

e.g. - do we upload to Tom or if by email, what email address to send horses, what is your preferred method to indicate which races horses are to be entered, do you want the trial horses attached to the email in a zip folder or attached as separate horse files.

Anything else you can think of to make your job easier.
