Re: Season 17 Trainers Post Race Discussion and Thoughts
Day one: Pleased with a 3rd in the Kings Stand, but still 2l behind anything of Vinny's, probably should of gone for the Queen Mary, but then Josh would of just beaten me. Hoping they both miss nominations one week...... The rest I was disappointed, really thought I would of got a handicap win somewhere, but a few nasty draws as well as not good enough, were the main reasons (as well as Nick Driver and his Black types ) but they will all fall in the weights, so watch out next week, handicapper trainers! No point in talking about the hunt. Day two: Stole a couple of flat 0-70's with horses that just got in and did well off top weights, I knew Broadway Grey would go well looking at the field, but surprised Choumaker made all to win from the front and just hold on from Paul P.'s. Still no point talking about the NH, bar my 4yo's who look like, dependent on ground will give a good show of themselves at the Festival. Good stuff from all as usual.......

I'm glad u not won a lot this week , I need u to keep u horses ready for AW champs. Who cares about the king when u can become king of the AW Got to admit for the first time since i lost everything that I've missed Royal Ascot , watching all the races made me want to bred again. If there were to be another league season before 8 then I might have to dust down my US flat game. Well done all the winners and to everyone who makes it happen. BTW why do I keep hearing birds or something in the commentaries . Does someone own a bird shop or something

Very happy with the Gold Cup, thought i'd taken it, didn't like the quick result, but settled once saw the end results. Feels like all my horses are running on Day 3

Mad how most of my horses don't like Ascot. I trialled everything there up until a recent change, but that was after this season started. My sprinters an milers don't mind it, anything above seems to hate it.
Sluggish Violence off the mark is good in the 3yo sprint division, as he was a definite mistake uploading. Pretty poor day tho, an not sure day 3 will be any better Expecting |Josh to be ahead after this week

Can mine run in Josh’s colours more often. Wrong silks uploaded put in Josh’s colours and of course won as they usually do in them silks. 5 winners over both codes although none at Ascot. Although if you had given me 5 winners at start of week would have snapped your hand off!

My fault that, the racekit goes strange if you add and remove horses, and I keep two of mine in the kit at all times to clear my frame rate issue. I selected one by mistake, removed it and added yours, and it adopted my colours for some reason. Can be arranged again for a small fee

Great few weeks for my stable, and great to win the 2m1 G1s this week at Leopardstown Also got my first wins on the flat this season, only 0-80 races, but I'll take them, not easy to get flat wins these days
Thanks to everyone running the league
