 Bad news
This weeks races will have to be delayed, Colm's computer broke (this season is jinxed!) and although he's got a new one we've not got the login codes for the website... oops. Have asked Dodgy to dig them out but it's not going to be in time now. Everything will be moved on one week.
Cheers

 Re: Bad news
Typical. I bet it has something to do with the fact that Cheltenham is on this week. The races should of been run by now, its a Wednesday night. At least the results should be available. Why do we have to wait another week? Surely if its only a matter of finding the log in codes it can be done before the weekend? I've already quit the flat because the handicapping is a farce.

 Re: Bad news
Since they've been pushed back a week would it be possible to get the results up a little earlier so we can 'study the form' so to speak before week 4 entries close.

I could be wrong though. The handicapping on the flat is not right imo and is under review. The extra week could help us to resolve this though, so its not necessarily a bad thing. Well you might have got one thing right. The fact that Jamie is not at home, Craig is going to Cheltenham today and this is the busiest week of the year for me it does now prevent us from running the races. Sorry for how selfish we are.

I've already quit the flat because the handicapping is a farce. Can't run the races without the extracts, can't upload the races without the login details. Usually the races would be run on Sunday so Cheltenham has nothing to do with it. Results will be posted as soon as the races are run. You also realise there isn't a handicapper in NHC either?

Not a nice comment Jimmy, we go out of our way (Rich, Dave, Colm, Matt etc) to make this league happen for you guys and we get posts like this. Don't get a thanks or BEEP all for running the races. Not sure you guys know how much time it takes to set up the league then run things each week, show some respect man. Rich puts a lot of effort into making things happen for your enjoyment.

 Re: Bad news
Hi guys sorry to hear about the problems, that's life eh. Can you tell us if the Week 4 Noms are going to be put back to next Saturday? They are currently closing at midnight tonight but obviously we can't put things in handicaps without knowledge of Week 3 races. Also agree with Hemz about Jimmy's poor post, frustration must have got the better of him! I for one do acknowledge the hard work that goes into this league and for no reward - and I do try to say thanks on the infrequent occasions that I post I have said before in old forums and stuff that I would be prepared to contribute a bit a cash if required to help with admin guys time etc and I'm sure no-one in the league would begrudge doing the same.

Yes this will be pushed back once Rich/Colm get the login codes from DodgyDave.

 Re: Bad news
We all agree you guys behind the scenes to a great job but i understand jj's rant he just loves the league and waiting two weeks must seem like forever perhaps we could get the results earlier this week gives us more time to see where to run our horses as its a rush for me as i am busy most weekends and find it hard finding time to enter my horse's.
