If you did take over Colin's stable, would that mean you will have your horses and the pick of Colin's horses? Because that would not be fair. If you just take over his stable and didnt have horses running from your stable maybe I would change my view (and vote).
Matt
I'm sure it is for next season not the current season, so I would say he would just have the one stable

matt i would have none of my own horses!!!!!
i would be managing colin's stable, thats it. no pick of both bunches, no cross breeding or anything like that.
the analogy i use is colin as godolphin and me as saeed bin suroor (or al zarooni)

mike - i know where ur coming from mate but its only coz i did the base horses part - spent aages doing it and the transfer pool crashed with audit error and i lost them all.
coz of my thesis i dont have the time to do it all again but i wanna stay in the league. i like to put effort and time into race sec, comms and all that an hopefully next season will put lot of time into making nhc bigger and better. managing colins stable would just be to have something to cheer on come race day. ive also said ill happily leave the flat leagues well alone!!!

Fine with me, at least you've been honest about it instead of just doing it and keeping quite. I can't win anything anyway so it won't make any difference to me, should make things a little more interesting for Scatters as well, he must be bored.

I have no problem with this. I don’t mind if Ryan takes over someone else’s stable. I also can understand why a lot of people are against it. To me I just want the league more competitive. So this is fine with me.
I don’t know about the problems last season but I think the most fair way would be to allow everyone to have access to the save files especially those newer trainers and let them interbreed with it. That way all the stables improves and fairer to everyone and the competition will get tougher. Eventually I’d like to see everyone’s horses as fast as Scatters so that races are more exciting.
But either way is fine by me.

also majority of posts seem to say they think its fine, only 2 people have voiced disapporval. id like to heare more from the other 8 or 9 no's

I took the reigns from my dads saved game because he doesn't have time to play anymore, hence why some of my horses are under G Hannan. He only played 5/6 seasons and i've taken it over for another 40... he had some freaking amazing brutes that were better than mine
