Who should I be looking out for?? Who are the Main players here then?? You seem to have a lot of horses that run over the same distance? You will struggle to get them all a run in the maidens and throughout the season. Jamie will have some good horses.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
think I may have overbred my horses to the point they are so good theyre actually bad! although they beat last seasons they don't seem any quicker however no pacemakers were harmed in the production of this seasons team couple to watch out for
Fault line 4yo stallion 1m2f dirt horse world cup horse
From Above 3yo filly(2xleague G1 winners in her pedigree) will contest all 1m1f/1m2f races
Play For me 3yo filly possible 1000 horse if pastille doesn't do well
Powerful Prescence 3yo colt 1m4f/1m6f love this fella hes got class
dark horse Red hot harry 1m4f/2m not really had a distance horse but this fella has run some fair times interested to see how he goes
don't think my sprinters are up to much got a couple of front runners so their will be pace in some of the races this year
good luck all see you at the races

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Although there was a lack of pace last season, and it made races a bit of a lottery at times, I dont think it will be a benefit to breed front runners.
Look forward to seeing what everyone has got.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Pleased with mine. Lots run over the wrong trip to see where I am.
R1 - Pirate of Caribbean - 2nd - On track for world cup and there is a bigger chance of him escaping there and stealing the race R2 - Heat Seeking Missile - 6th - Too short on track for the guineas needs them to go fast though R3 - Sole Explorer - 5th - Great run. Heads to the Uae Derby where the extra distance is what he needs R7 - David Livingstone - 4th - Got going too late needs another furlong R9 - Cabaret - 6th - 10f was always going to stretch his stamina. Will have a big chance in the Dubai duty free.
The rest were poor, but should improve, hopefully

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
It was good to see the races run at a good gallop, if all the races are run like them then no one can really complain about the speed of the races.
A mix bag for my team, my milers looked disappointing but not really surprised about it because my trails looked very average. And my two year olds have gone backwards from last year.
Lemon Souffle 2nd, hopefully can win a race. Dayjur 5th, not got mums ability and probably ran to his ability. Queenledo 3rd, well happy with her run, not a grass horse. Miesque 0, ran like a donkey. Emperor Jones 4th, ok performance but no star. Distant Relative 2nd, ran a great race. Stop Day 1st, Won Well, hopefully all my other 3yo sprinters can show what she showed.
Congrats to Mr Taylor.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
good first day for me 2 winners out of 6 runners and the other 4 all in the money
R1-Fault line (4th) given a strange ride last 2 1/2 f out then had to come 8 deep still finished 4th
R2-Pot black(3rd) drawn 13/14 finished well on course for the 2000
R5-Pastille(1st) hit the front 3f out never looked like being caught 1000 beckons for her
R7-Fision chips(1st) titanic battle with jamies horse think we will see these 2 battle again
R8-Granite mit(3rd) ran well enough might need 6F
R10-Play for me(2nd)thought she would win will see how from above runs to see which goes to Dubai
Thanks to all involved congrats all runners

Congratulations to all the winners, really pleased with my results on the first day of the season. Czaeria looks top class, look forward to running him in the Craven next week seeing if he can step up again ahead of the 2000 Guineas.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
pleased with 1 horse - YARLACCI 2nd in the 3yo fillies maiden was staying on and catching the winner at the end, the uphill finish at Newmarket should be perfect for her.

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
First ever report card;
R3 - Split Second 10th - Couldn't go with the leaders, obviously needs further. R5 - Floozy 15th - Recovered a slow start but that took the winds out of her sails, will give her another chance. R6 - Wafer 6th - Ran better than I expected first time out. R7 - Valkyrie 13th - Bolted to post, scratch that race out. R9 - Interlock 4th - Great run, could be my best yet.
Well done all winners

Re: Flat : Talk Reaction Banter
Looney (8th) - Excellent run in the Winter Derby, hope the handicapper is kind William Butler (12th) - Was always going to struggle badly in the Spring Cup Too Much William (14th) - Second last, poor run Rod Roach (11th) - Pretty poor Rehearsal Hall (10th) - Another who will be limited to low grade handicaps As expected my flat team will be very weak again this season. Jamie looks like he's got some monsters! Good to hear the commentary again.
