Also being a moderator on here i agree 100% with Supercat there has to be 1 rule for all
as moderators you can't pick or choose who to ban or punish the more severely on an individual basis
you Matt have also breached alot of rules of late think its fair to give you another chance
i think the same terms should be offered to Joe

Give doc some warning? He has had several already yet makes the same false accusations again and once again you do nothing about it. That is a ban.

If you could explain as to why I would be permanently banned as well then please ban both of us as you should follow the forum rules.

I also remember bans for name calling. I was called a pig several times which I find extremely offensive and would also like that dealt with in a similar manner.

PS As you say it must be the same rules for everyone. There were also calls for me to be kicked out the league. Again this is against forum rules and as with the name calling I trust it shall be dealt with in the same way.

What? I asked a simple question which other trainers had asked me. I wasn't accusing you of anything. It was a simple question and something which has happened before in the league and I didn't know if you were aware of the problems it may have caused in the past. But good of you to jump to conclusions due to your hate for me.

You have read what has been posted and you knew the reaction a post of that nature would get so common sense would dictate that it is not a good idea to post it. Add to that it is so far removed from the topic of the discussion it isn't even funny. I would like to ask you politely to refrain from posting in this section again, but please feel free to discuss any other aspect of the game in the rest of the forum.

Matt... You can now consider yourself banned from both the forum and the league. I believe that everybody has had quite enough of your actions, you are not a victim in this. If you feel that this is unfair then I suggest you take it up with Jamie. However, Jamie has no influence on forum rules. Please refrain from posting again. Your participation in any future leagues will be taken under consideration closer to the time.

No you did not. You got your knickers in a twist over me editing the schedule as the season went on. You posted to say I was editing the races to my advantage. A statement which is completely false. I was editing the schedule to benefit the league as a whole, and none of my horses benefited in any way.

Next up I asked a simple question. How were you running the races. And it wasn't just for you but for ANYONE running the races. When I was race sec I was asked exactly the same question. I didn't then immediately call for that person to be kicked out the league because it was an innocent question and one that trainers should be allowed to ask. Once again it is for the benefit of the league and has no personal implications.

I didn't imply anything.

So I am banned but doc is not? What have I done today that tips my ban? Why has simpleminds not be banned or warned?

Do you really have the power to ban me from the league?

And yes at times I was a victim. Being falsely accused of cheating and then having people believe it and nothing done quantifies me as a victim.
