i bit the bullet and threw a 2yo in the nunthorpe to see how he would do expected him to be last
he beat 4 home i think this tells us that its tough for a 2yo in nunthorpe

13 Convival Maiden Stakes Kiki Martinez
WINNER wow she bolted up late on and went away back to group company next

15 Lonsdale Cup King Lateefa
WINNER got a handy lead and he stays 2m2 so it was going to be hard to pass him once in front

WINNER at last she takes a win great run got to the front and held them off what a day

Unplaced bit of an off day i think for this fella

An ok day for me with

R11 Happy Ranger (8th) - trip was too short and didn't get the best of runs anyway.
R13 Off His Rocker (9th) - was running a decent race until fading badly in the last furlong. did the same over 1m in week 8.
R15 Carthage (5th) - ran ok. in hindsight, Skye Blue might have been the better option for this race.
R16 Hope Springs (16th) - didn't stay.
R17 Grand Canyon (7th) - ran as well as could be expected. just isn't good enough at listed level.
R18 Mirror Blind (10th) - making belated first start after original debut race in week 7 was changed to a 6f sprint. trip was too short but needed to run somewhere for a rating.
R20 Skye Blue (6th) - solid effort but the Lonsdale Cup was probably a better option.

Marling 2nd another lovely performance, gave the winner 3lbs so ran fab.
Flowing 3d, cant ask any more from her. Probably wanted a faster run race.

I've got complete confidence in everyone who runs the League.

I think it's almost impossible for a two year old to beat older horses in this game, just like real life.

it was worth a punt as i think no one has ever attempted it and there was no other race for him without a weight pen this week

Rouen (9th) - Not good enough in listed company
Fern (1st) - UNBELIEVABLE! The awful Fern wins! It may not be the most glamorous race but a wins a win
Eddie (13th) - A poor run, she's either good or rubbish
